How are savings calculated?: When staff enters the transaction amount we record a verified saving. Otherwise we calculate from the offer's discount rules, or fall back to the partner's estimated value — each redemption is labelled so you know which.
Can I use a perk more than once?: It depends on the partner. Each perk shows its per-member limit and any cooldown period before you redeem.
What if a partner won't honour a perk?: Report it from your activity page. Our team reviews every report and follows up with the partner directly.
Can I cancel?: Any time, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
