1. Your membership
A Perks membership gives you personal, non-transferable access to partner offers listed in the app. Memberships are for individuals; sharing your account or codes with others may result in suspension.
2. Billing and renewal
Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account page and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal.
3. Redeeming perks
Each perk is offered by an independent partner business and is subject to the terms, limits and availability shown on that perk. Partners may set per-member limits, minimum spend, time windows and exclusions. Perks cannot be combined with other promotions unless the partner says otherwise.
4. Partner responsibility
Perks is a discovery and membership platform. Products and services are supplied by the partner business, not by Perks. Disputes about goods or services are between you and the partner, though we will help mediate and may remove partners who repeatedly fail to honour listed perks.
5. Fair use and fraud
Attempting to redeem perks you are not eligible for, generating codes for others, or automating access is prohibited. We monitor redemption patterns and may pause accounts pending review.
6. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. We do not generally refund partial periods, but contact support if a perk was not honoured or you were billed in error.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app before they take effect.
