We provide psychological assessments and medical clearance evaluations for personal injury clients on a lien basis. Services include evaluations for PTSD, anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional distress, and other accident-related psychological concerns. We also offer evaluations for Spanish-speaking clients and work directly with attorneys to provide timely, comprehensive reports.
The fine print
- Limit 1 per member per lifetime.
- Offer valid for Perks members only. Appointment required and subject to availability and clinical appropriateness. Lien-based services are available for qualifying personal injury cases and may require attorney authorization and an executed lien agreement. Spanish-language evaluations are available upon request. Cannot be combined with other offers. Additional services, treatment, or documentation may be subject to separate fees and terms.
